At RIGX MOD (Beijing Mo Xi Technology Co., Ltd.), we stand behind the quality of our products. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return a product and receive a refund.
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received
- The item is in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact
- You have the original receipt or proof of purchase
- The return is not due to incorrect fitment caused by providing the wrong vehicle model or year
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been installed, used, or modified in any way
- Custom or special-order items
- Items damaged due to improper installation
- Items returned without original packaging
- Gift cards or digital products
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at sales@rigxmod.com or via WhatsApp at +86 152 1018 8158 within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return
- We will review your request within 2 business days and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved
- Ship the item back to our designated return address using a trackable shipping method
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product)
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Original shipping fees and any import duties/taxes paid are not refundable
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
8. Fitment Errors
It is the customer's responsibility to verify vehicle compatibility before ordering. Returns due to incorrect fitment caused by providing inaccurate vehicle information (wrong model, year, or trim) are subject to our standard return policy and return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
