1. Shipping Destinations

We ship to most countries worldwide. Our primary markets include the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait), Southeast Asia (Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines), Australia, Europe, and North America.

If your country is not listed during checkout or quote request, please contact us directly to confirm shipping availability.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

3. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping methods based on your destination and order size:

• Sea Freight (FOB / CIF): Most economical for large or heavy orders. Typical transit time: 20-45 days depending on destination.
• Air Freight: Faster option for medium-sized orders. Typical transit time: 7-15 days depending on destination.
• Express Courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS): Fastest option for small to medium orders. Typical transit time: 5-10 business days.

4. Freight Calculation

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

• Total weight and volumetric dimensions of the order
• Destination country and postal code
• Selected shipping method
• Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees (customer's responsibility)

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will provide you with a tracking number and carrier information. You can track your shipment using the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving the tracking number.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All international shipments may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, taxes, and fees in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes. Please check with your local customs office for specific import regulations and fees.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

• Check your tracking information for any carrier updates or delivery exceptions
• Contact your local carrier or customs office if the package is held
• If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will file a claim and either reship or refund your order

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please:

• Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and products immediately upon receipt
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp
• We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund

9. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to reship.
